Has Panda Express really discontinued its Eggplant & Tofu dish, leaving patrons with a choice of entrees consisting of chicken, chicken, chicken, chicken or chicken?

As a metaphor for our diminishing choices, I’m not sure this holds up. Every Panda Cafe I’ve ever seen was in a food court, next to a Jerry’s Subs and a place that makes fruit smoothies.
